Bonhams Motoring Department is the largest auction house to hold scheduled auction sales of classic and vintage motor cars and car memorabilia. Bonhams Motoring Department are prominent in the auction of classic Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce and Jaguar motor cars. At the Goodwood Revival on 3 September 2004 Bonhams sold a 1929 Mercedes Benz Two-Seat Sports Tourer 36045 for £4,181,500.
