Auction 4 Cars
Auction4Cars was launched in October 2008 by car supermarket Motorpoint. It is a website for VAT Registered Traders only, offering part-exchange vehicles with no auction fee to independent traders throughout the UK. Initially launched from Derby with a five-strong team, Auction4Cars was rolled out to Peterborough in 2008, Newport in 2009 and Burnley in 2009. Auction4Cars sells to small independent garages, major dealer networks and car supermarkets. Before vehicles are offered for online auction, vehicles are fully inspected with a report and at least eight images. Auction4Cars sells all cars with no auction fee, passing the saving onto the buyer, and providing the customer with the best choice without having to worry about paying a fee.
